Thank you for choosing Latitude Lens LLC to help craft your next journey. We design curated escapes that go beyond the itinerary — and these Terms & Conditions are here to create clarity, transparency, and a smooth experience from start to finish.

By booking with us or clicking “I Agree,” you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and all travelers in your party.

1. Our Role as Your Travel Advisor

Latitude Lens LLC is an independent travel advisor affiliated with Travel Planners International, Inc.

We act as an intermediary between you and third-party travel providers such as airlines, hotels, tour operators, cruise lines, and other suppliers (“Suppliers”).

We do not own or control these Suppliers and are not responsible for:

  • Schedule changes or cancellations

  • Service quality or delivery

  • Pricing errors or availability

  • Supplier financial default

If a Supplier fails to deliver services, your recourse is directly with that Supplier or your travel insurance provider.

2. Booking & Confirmation

Travel arrangements are confirmed once:

  • These Terms & Conditions are accepted

  • Required traveler information is submitted

  • Supplier deposits are paid

Pricing and availability are not guaranteed until confirmed. Some travel components (especially air and cruise) may change in price until ticketed.

3. Review Your Travel Details

Please review all confirmations and documents carefully upon receipt.

It is your responsibility to ensure:

  • Names match passports exactly

  • Travel dates and destinations are correct

Changes after booking may result in Supplier penalties.

4. Travel Requirements & Entry Restrictions

Travel requirements are constantly evolving. You are responsible for complying with all entry requirements, including:

  • Passports (valid at least 6 months beyond return date)

  • Visas (if required)

  • Health documentation or vaccinations

  • Government travel restrictions

Failure to meet requirements may result in denied boarding or entry without refund.

5. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Weather events

  • Illness or pandemics

  • Political or civil unrest

  • Delays, cancellations, or disruptions

By booking with Latitude Lens LLC, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to hold Latitude Lens LLC, its affiliates, and Travel Planners International harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from events outside our control.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment.

Coverage should include:

  • Trip cancellation/interruption

  • Medical expenses

  • Emergency evacuation

  • Travel delays

If you decline travel insurance, you assume full responsibility for any financial loss. A waiver may be required.

7. Payments & Credit Card Authorization

By providing a credit card, you authorize Latitude Lens LLC and/or Travel Planners International to process payments for travel services on your behalf.

We recommend using a credit card for added consumer protections.

If a Supplier fails to provide services, disputes must be directed to the Supplier. You agree not to initiate chargebacks against Latitude Lens LLC for Supplier-related issues.

8. Documentation Responsibility

You are responsible for obtaining and carrying all required travel documents, including:

  • Passports

  • Visas

  • Identification (REAL ID compliant for U.S. domestic travel when applicable)

Failure to present proper documentation may result in denied travel with no refund.

9. Photography & Media Release

We love capturing the spirit of travel.

By participating in a Latitude Lens-curated experience, you grant permission for photos or videos taken during your trip to be used for:

  • Social media

  • Website content

  • Marketing materials

If you prefer not to be included, please notify us in writing prior to travel.

10. Social Media & Privacy

We may share general trip content (landscapes, experiences, etc.) on our platforms.

We will not tag or identify you without your permission.
If your trip is private or a surprise, please let us know in advance.

11. Claims & Legal Jurisdiction

Any claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of trip completion.

Any legal action must be filed within one (1) year.

All disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and will be resolved in Orange County, Florida.
