Hi, I'm Mary

Photographer, experience curator, and the eye behind Latitude Lens.

My Story

A lens changes
everything you see.

Latitude Lens began during a season of reinvention, an honest reckoning with what I wanted my life to look like.

After nearly two decades in marketing and brand strategy, leading initiatives for national companies, I developed a deep understanding of how people connect to places, experiences, and stories. Over time, I found myself craving something that could not be built in a boardroom. Depth, presence, and a more meaningful way of moving through the world.

Travel had always been part of my life. In that transition, it became something more intentional.

With a camera in hand and two small companions in tow, I began documenting the places that moved me. Quiet coastal towns. Vibrant markets. Landscapes that made me forget to check my phone.

What I realized quickly was this. The best trips are not about where you go. They are about how you experience it.

The table you sit down to.
The guide who takes you somewhere tourists never find.
The moment your group stops taking photos and simply takes it all in.

Latitude Lens grew naturally from that idea.

Today, I design curated travel experiences and document them as they unfold, bringing together thoughtful planning, a strategic eye, and a deep appreciation for the moments in between.

Because the best trips do not just take you somewhere new.
They change how you see the world.

A few things to know

  • Both. Some people come to me for a full experience, others just for photography. Sometimes it becomes both naturally.

  • Based in Puerto Rico, Florida, and North Carolina. I travel often for projects.

  • Yes. Whether you have a destination in mind or just an idea, I help with the logistics, accommodations, vendors, and the details retreat leaders don't have time to handle. Photography available if you want it documented.

  • That’s usually how it starts. We figure it out together.

  • Not at all. I work with individuals, couples, and small groups. Whatever fits what you're planning.

  • Yes. Planning fees apply for custom trips and retreats; photography is quoted per project. I'll walk you through what makes sense for yours before anything's booked.

  • Collaborative and honest. I ask a lot of questions, push back when I think there's a better option, and handle the details you don't want to touch. Through trusted partnerships, I can often get you added touches — room upgrades, early check-in, breakfast when available. But the real value is the time you don't have to spend figuring it out yourself.

When you're ready, I'm here.
